CanadaI bought it because a lathering facial cleanser from a local business in BC, and what I thought would contain simple/clean ingredients, started to give me eczema around my eyes (and I don’t bother wearing makeup since having kids except a few times a year). I’ve used milk type cleansers in the past and I loved this one! Met expectations perfectly. I’ve only removed makeup with this cleanser once and it worked quite well, definitely better than a lathering cleanser, tho not quite as good as an oil based remover, but it did the job and I was happy with the results and that it can do both cleanse and remove makeup. Will definitely buy again.
