Wintergreen - 100% PURE Essential Oil
Wintergreen should always be used externally as it is a very strong essential oil and should never be applied undiluted. Some suggestions for carrier oils are (grapeseed, olive, or jojoba). This scent is associated with medicinal-type remedies and has a similar scent of Sweet Birch.

Product Abstract: Menthyl salicylate is the principal constituent of this plant. Wintergreen and Sweet Birch oil are nearly identical in chemical composition and aroma; similarly, both were used in traditional folk remedies by aboriginal people of North America.
