To return or exchange an item
- We are happy to accept returns of defective or damaged items only within 30 days of the purchase date.
Simply send a quick email to admin@getbacktoearth.com or call 250-550-6789 stating you would like to return your order, and send it back to the return address provided. While the buyer is responsible for the return shipping we will be happy to refund the original purchase price, provided the product is returned in new/unopened/unused condition.
