After receipt of your order, orders are shipped to Canadian addresses only, and shipped out the next business day.  Back to Earth receives online orders  Tuesday - Friday only.  You can select from 2 shipping options in the check-out process.

If you have selected the standard shipping option and live in a major urban centre, you can expect to receive your items in approximately 3 to 8 business days.

If you have upgraded the shipping of your order to Xpresspost and live in a major urban centre, you can expect to receive your items in approximately 3 business days.

Please allow a few extra days for delivery to non-major urban centres and rural areas.

SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN CANADA ONLY:

Shipping on orders under $100 are charged the rate as set out by Canada Post. Orders under $99.99 pay Regular Canada Post Shipping Fees. Orders over $100 get FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $11.75 all inclusive. Orders over $100 get one FREE 6oz. Pure Hand Antiseptic.

Shipping is priced based on the weight and size of the product(s) ordered. All sales are in Canadian dollars. You can select from 2 options:

Standard delivery (approximately 3-8 business days)

Express delivery (approximately 3 business days)

You can order online 7 days a week 24 hours a day.  Office Hours – Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. - Closed Statutory Holidays.

All orders are shipped out the next business day. However, in the event that an item you purchased is out of stock, it will be shipped to you separately upon availability at no additional charge to you.

Canada Post offers tracking on their website www.canadapost.ca. You can also track the status of your order from your account options.

Yes, you can have an order shipped to an alternate address.

At the first step of the checkout process, after having entered your billing address, you can choose to enter a different shipping address.

Our products are guaranteed for one full year from date of purchase together with our mandate to provide you with the finest sourced, locally wild-crafted, raw, organic materials.

All of our products leave our hands to yours under strict quality control guidelines, however, we do understand that exchanges are sometimes necessary due to situations out of our control.

We will gladly replace a product that is due to a quality issue on our end. If a refund is requested, we do require an original copy of the receipt showing the date of purchase.

To return an item without requesting an exchange, simply place your return in the original packaging and drop it in the mail. As soon as we receive your return, your credit will be processed for the merchandise total and taxes.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To exchange an item, simply send it back. You may include your written order for the exchange item or call 250-550-6789 and a customer service representative will take your order for the exchange item.  Your credit card will be billed for the exchange item, then a credit for the returned merchandise and any taxes will be issued when your return is received.
