When can I expect to receive my order?

After receipt of your order, orders are shipped to Canadian addresses only, and shipped out the next business day.  Back to Earth receives online orders  Tuesday - Friday only.  You can select from several shipping options in the check-out process. 

If you have selected the standard shipping option and live in a major urban centre in Canada, you can expect to receive your items in approximately 3 to 8 business days. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to non-major urban centres, rural areas, or winter conditions.

If you have upgraded the shipping of your order to Xpresspost and live in a major urban centre, you can expect to receive your items in approximately 3 business days.

How much do I have to pay for Shipping & Handling?

SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN CANADA ONLY:
  • All orders will pay a Handling Fee of $12.75
  • Regular Canada Post Rates apply to all orders under $100.
  • Orders over $100 get FREE SHIPPING.

Shipping is priced based on the weight and size of the product(s) ordered. All sales are in Canadian dollars.

You can select from 2 options:

  • Standard delivery (approximately 3-8 business days)
  • Express delivery (approximately 3 business days)

    Please note our shipping office is open Tuesday - Friday and closed Statutory Holidays.  Please allow a few more days if your order at the end of the week or over the weekend.

      An item I purchased is out of stock. When can I expect to receive my order?

      All orders are shipped out the next business day. In the event that we are unable to fulfill the order we will contact you.  Please contact Customer Support at 250-550-6789 or by email admin@getbacktoearth.com if you have any questions.

      Can I track the delivery status of my order?

      Canada Post offers tracking on their website www.canadapost.ca. You can also track the status of your order from your account options.

      Can I have an order shipped to an alternate address?

      Yes, you can have an order shipped to an alternate address. At the first step of the checkout process, after having entered your billing address, you can choose to enter a different shipping address.
