Kids take a lot of pride in preparing for a family dinner, whether it's making dessert or helping with the main course. Let them participate in choosing a meal plan, visiting the market for ingredients, setting the table, making a fancy menu, or whatever else their imagination creates. Sit back and be present as watching kids cook can take a lot of patience but is definitely worth the extra mess that may result.
Our Weeds & Seeds Turkey Mini Meatloaf is a family-friendly protein for a well-balanced dinner. Let them pick a side dish to go with the main and buy some colorful seasonal veggies for a fun salad.
